How to file a complaint?
- The complaint must be linked to the order for which the product was purchased.
- Please send an e-mail with your order number and the product code, quantity and name.
- The more details, photos and description of the problem you include, the quicker we will be able to process your complaint.

Once your report is received, our complaints team will review your case and provide you with further information regarding the procedure.
Important: We can handle some complaints remotely, without the need to return the goods, thanks to initial verification. Please do not send products without first contacting our complaints department.
